How long does this actually take?
Three to five working days from payment, standard. If you're in a rush, the express add-on gets you a first draft within 24 hours, but that's only available on the CV-only package.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your current CV if you have one, and a note on the role or industry you're aiming for. No CV yet? We'll work from a short questionnaire instead.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of revisions on every package, no matter which one you choose.
Can you write a cover letter too?
Not as a standalone paid package right now. If you'd like one written, mention it when you get in touch and we'll quote you directly.
Is the free review actually free?
Yes. You'll get honest, written feedback on your current CV with no cost and no obligation to buy anything after.
What if I need a refund?
If we've already started writing your documents, we can't offer a refund. If you change your mind before then, just let us know and we'll sort it out.
