Refund Policy

Before we start writing
If you have paid but we have not yet started drafting your documents, you can request a full refund at any time, no questions asked. Email cv@kuantumstudio.co.za with your order reference number.
Once work has started
Once we have started drafting your CV, LinkedIn profile, or career setup materials, we are not able to offer a refund. At that point our time has already gone into your order, and the two included revision rounds exist to make sure you still end up with something you are happy with.
If you are unhappy after both revision rounds
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. If you have used both and are still not satisfied, we will not process a refund at that stage, but we would rather fix it than leave you unhappy, so get in touch and tell us specifically what is not working. Further changes beyond the two included rounds can be quoted separately.
How to request a refund
Email cv@kuantumstudio.co.za with your order reference number, the one in the format KS-CV-YYMMDD-XXXX, and a short note on why. We aim to respond within two working days.
