What this covers

These terms apply to any CV, LinkedIn, or career setup package ordered through kuantumstudio.co.za/cv. They sit alongside, and do not replace, Kuantum Studio's general terms for its wider agency work.

Revisions

Every package includes two rounds of revisions. This is flat across all four tiers, CV Revamp, LinkedIn Profile, CV + LinkedIn, and Career Setup, there is no version of the service with more or fewer revisions built in.

A revision round means you tell us what to change and we send back an updated draft. Once both rounds are used, further changes are quoted separately.

Payment

Payment is by manual EFT only, there is no card or payment gateway at this stage. Full payment is due upfront, before work begins.

Every order gets a reference number in the format KS-CV-YYMMDD-XXXX. Use this as your payment description, it is the only way we can match an incoming EFT to your order, so leaving it off may delay your work starting.

Work only begins once we have confirmed your payment has landed.

Turnaround

Three to five working days from payment confirmation, standard, across all packages.

An express add-on is available on the CV-only tiers (R149, R249, R349) for an additional R250, first draft within 24 hours. It is not available on LinkedIn Profile, CV + LinkedIn, or Career Setup, since those involve research and account work that cannot responsibly be rushed.

Cancelling before you have paid

If you have submitted an order but not yet paid, there is nothing to cancel, no payment has been taken and no work has started. Just let us know at cv@kuantumstudio.co.za if you have changed your mind, or simply do not proceed with the EFT.

Cancelling after you have paid

If you paid but we have not yet started drafting, email cv@kuantumstudio.co.za and we will refund you in full.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service develops. The version that applied when you placed your order is the one that governs that order.
